Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
Sitecore Developer
for a
CONTRACT
assignment with one of our premier
Financial Services
clients in
Boston, MA (HYBRID) .
In this role, you'll work in an agile environment building modern, scalable, and maintainable code for the firm's intranet. You will work closely with our UX/UI designers to bridge the gap between design and technical execution while implementing and envisioning creative solutions and tackling practical challenges. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and stays up to date on modern front-end frameworks and methodologies.
Responsibilities : Collaborate with our UX/UI team to translate design mockups into responsive web user experiences Develop, test, and deliver clean, production-ready code using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, etc. Collaborate with project managers, web team members, and other stakeholders as required Define and advocate for good front-end architecture, coding and testing practices Develop functional specifications, mockups and prototypes Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Interface with back-end engineers Participate in our code review process Create and maintain application technical documentation Build reusable code and libraries for future use Required
Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer with a focus on Sitecore development Experience developing in the following languages: .Net, C#, Next.js, React, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript Experience with Microsoft Azure or a similar platform Experience with code versioning tools, such as Azure DevOps & Git Experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum Working knowledge of data storage and databases Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
