The Position
Responsible for providing consistent, high quality project support, reporting, and budget management in support of the US Talent Acquisition function. Responsible for coordinating and running projects in the support of US Talent Acquisition function.
Relationships
Reports to a manager in Talent Acquisition. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal P&O functions, local and global Finance and departments that are involved in the overall hiring journey. Partners with various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting, budget support and project management. Externally manages relationships that support elements of the hiring journey including but not limited to vendors and outsourced solution partners.
Essential Functions Budget Develops and executes on the annual budget, identifies opportunities and challenges to maximize spend, forecast and produce monthly reports for Talent Acquisition Collects, prepares and ensures AB/RE submissions Primary liaison for Finance, A/P, and other similar organizations for all budget-related updates and information requests, including key touchpoints during budget cycle, monthly accruals, information requests, etc. Conducts reconciliations of the TA budget and expenses, including invoice coding and manages discrepancies as required Reporting & Compliance Monitors changes in laws and policies and provides and incorporates into new and existing processes Responsible for managing compliance and audit documentation for Talent Acquisition Ensures process documentation and training in place to support the function Responsible for local reporting needs as it relates to Talent Acquisition Monitors data including surveys, volumes and activities in support of the function Responsible for partnering with legal, compliance and employee relations on requests for information Performs audits of requisitions to ensure compliance with process steps and provides feedback on improving quality Organizes data and generates reports as needed Project Support Leads and executes on projects within Talent Acquisition
Physical Requirements
0-10% overnight travel required.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent education preferred A minimum of 6 years of Human Resource or related experience required. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for 4 years of experience Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an operational capacity where reporting, budgeting, contracting, auditing and project work was a large part of the role is required Prior experience managing a budget or budget elements required Experience with managing, reviewing and auditing data required Solid working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Human Resources, Employment Law, Labor Law and Talent Acquisition required Strong understanding of excel required Strong attention to detail required Ability to exercise independent discretion Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information required Excellent planning and organizational skills required
