Responsibilities
:
Play the role of the customer receiving a Base power battery product for the first time, and find all the issues so our customers don't have to. Customer in this case = installer & homeowner Work with the design teams to triage, root cause, and implement fixes for those problems Required Skills / Qualifications:
NPI = New Production Introduction Experience bringing new productions from pilot phase to full production Strong mix of electrical hardware / software / mechanical skills Comfortable flashing firmware, running tests with datalogging, and diagnosing electromechanical issues with various types of electrical hardware Strong working knowledge of batteries, solar panels, inverters, and the residential electricity grid Four year college degree in Engineering, math, science, physics, or similar Why join Base?
