Required skills: Off and on pump bypass graft cases, AVR, MVR, TVR, Full maze, minimally invasive maze, thorascopic/thoracotomy, pacemakers, TAVR, pericardial windows Ascending Aortic Disections with subclavian cannulation is a MUST. Prefer robotics trained with thoracic cases Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates. Scrub Colors: N/A 3 CVOR rooms, 3 surgeons. About 45 cases per month NO EVH
