Overview
As part of Technology Operations, the Support Intern Technology Operations will be based out of an assigned Minor League affiliate location (Nashville, TN, Biloxi, MS, Appleton, WI) and be responsible for partnering with Intern Minor League Technology Operations with all baseball technology operations and collection before/during/after all home games at assigned Minor League affiliate. Responsible for reviewing, editing, cataloguing amateur and international scouting video. (This role does not travel with assigned affiliate)
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Operate baseball systems such as Trackman, Blast, Rapsodo, Trajekt, Hawkeye, KinaTrax for all practices, games, and workouts that take place at assigned affiliate stadium. Responsible for ensuring all player tracking cameras are properly set and calibrated prior to the beginning of any game using the remote calibration tool. Collaborate with Technology Operations and Scouting leadership to review, edit, and catalogue amateur and international scouting video for priority players. The ideal candidate will have one or two years of experience using baseball technology in a collegiate or professional athletic environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and on a deadline.
