Business Analyst - CRM / D365 Implementation Canton, MA (3-4x/week onsite)A reputable firm in the Greater Boston area is looking to bring on a Business Analyst to own their internal CRM. This person will be the SME and go-to source across the business for all-things Dynamics365. About the Role: Serve as the main resource for Dynamics365; overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of CRM platform Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs, areas of improvement and efficient workflows of CRM platformsManage setup, configuration and customization of Dynamics365 to support business goals and needsQualifications: 5+ years of professional experience as a BA (or related role), with 3+ years focused in Dynamics365 CRMExpertise with Microsoft Dynamics Suite (configuration, customizations, troubleshooting, etc.)Strong understanding of CRMs and best practicesExceptional communication skills; ability to be a true-partner to cross-functional business stakeholdersBS or MS in Information Systems / IT (or similar) US Citizen, local to the Greater Boston area (must be able to commute to Canton, MA)EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
