Description As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role in project delivery and team success by:
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Documentation : Assist in defining project scope, preparing contracts, permits, and compliance records. Budget Management : Help create and manage project budgets while monitoring expenses. Resource Allocation : Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to meet timelines efficiently. Scheduling : Assist in developing and adjusting project schedules to stay on track. Subcontractor Coordination : Manage subcontractor communication, contracts, and performance. Quality & Safety Oversight : Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Client Communication : Provide regular updates and address client inquiries professionally. Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve project challenges. Documentation Management : Maintain organized records and assist in reporting project Profile The successful Assistant Project Manager - Top Regional GC - Columbia should have the following qualifications: Experience : 2+ years as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager on commercial projects. Education : BS in Construction Management or a related field (preferred). Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with construction software. Motivated : A strong drive to excel and deliver exceptional results.
Job Offer The Assistant Project Manager - Top Regional GC - Columbia will receive: Competitive Salary : $75,000-$90,000 base salary. Bonuses : Generous company bonus structure.
