Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be assisting in the management of large-scale projects, and ensuring the successful execution of construction goals. Your role will involve overseeing all phases of construction from planning to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are managed, and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing self-performing concrete projects from inception to completion.
Prepare detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost constraints.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
Produce detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Analyze project specifications and blueprints to identify risks and propose solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project objectives.
Support project closeout, including documentation, reporting, and handover processes.
Profile
My Client is seeking professionals that are able to offer everything below:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in construction, with a preference for concrete or utilities backgrounds.
Proficiency in drafting software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
