Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations Balanced professional and personal lifestyle Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay Leadership who are invested and seek your input Time with patients who respect your care Strong and available subspecialty support Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship Group with surgical and robotics expertise Flexible office hours averaging between 20-30 patients/day 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections) Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous) Four da Vinci

$560,000 to $650,000/year, based on training and experience
