So, here's the details: Pay Rate: Up to $65,000 to $85,000 1st year average for qualified candidates depending on experience. Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000 for road ready drivers. Team driving and 100% touch freight. Training available to drivers with a commercial license who need more road time. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, and more. Discount programs. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: At least 21 years of age. Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record. Recent CDL graduate drivers. Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
