The Marketing and Recruitment Support Specialist will play a central role in the marketing, promotion, and growth of Kings Premium University's integrated undergraduate and graduate programs. Working closely and collaboratively with the recruitment, admissions and school teams, this position plays a lead role in the creation of marketing collateral and the formulation of messages and communication strategies that would ultimately result in better tools for recruitment purposes.

The position would be responsible for the creation of marketing and product content that would result in clear messages for student outreach and overall marketing efforts. The Specialist oversees day-to-day promotional activities by often working with senior stakeholders to conceptualize, design and implement digital ad placements and visual content. He/she would engage with key marketing staff members at Kings university partners and other stakeholders to develop content, strategy and messaging backed by deep understanding of the university academic offerings as well as insights and analysis of the various target audiences.

This position helps shape the organizational direction of the undergraduate and graduate programs at each respective partner university. The position would also cross-discipline content, design, messaging, and CRM operations from a marketing perspective - from identifying insight-driven needs to building comprehensive communication strategy and campaigns and seeing them through execution.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally to support graduate and undergraduate marketing initiatives that drive growth across programs offered by the various schools within the university. Develop strong relationships as a solution-oriented team member by: Manage day-to-day marketing operations, implementing the planning, scheduling and coordination of campaigns to align with overseas recruitment strategies, thereby driving goals forward Engage and solicit information on diverse market-driven trends, competitors strategic footprints overseas to participate in the design of marketing materials that would give Kings a competitive advantage Take initiative and local ownership of marketing activities including copy and design for digital and traditional advertising, web marketing, collateral, partner success deliverables, videos, lectures/webinars, social media, thought leadership, press releases, etc. Assist with training sessions to recruitment and admissions teams, agents and staff where necessary Create content for the Kings admissions pages of the company website, as well as for external university search results that would link Kings with our partner institutions Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots as directed. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested; the university reserves the right to add or change duties at any time Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or English, or the equivalent combination of education and experience At least 5 years of experience in writing, communications, public relations, content creation, or marketing Demonstrated experience in marketing content and search engine optimization (SEO). Experience with social/digital media usage, tracking tools/analytics and graphic design platforms (InDesign and Canva) Excellent storytelling skills with focus on marketing writing for digital content Solid editing and proofreading skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals and groups at all organizational levels. Highly organized and responsive to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Competence with common platforms (Outlook, Google Drive, Google docs, Google Drive). Desired Qualifications

Strong technical skills to learn enterprise workflow systems and desktop publishing. Have a continuous improvement mentality and proactive work style to make sure we are always optimizing our various web and communication experience. Familiarity with and/or experience working in the international education sector Experience with the coordination of video and photographic production and editing preferred English Proficiency: Native or entirely bilingual Additional languages desirable. Timely and accurate delivery of all marketing content Increase user engagements across all the Kings Premium Universities social media channels by a pre-agreed target annual annually Increase conversion rates for Kings Premium Universities direct bookings to a set target Increase the bank of Kings Premium Universities current and alumni testimonials by a pre-agreed target annually Excellent feedback from colleagues and as to the professionalism of the service provided

ADDITIONAL INFO/EXPECTATIONS:

The position will report directly to the US Managing Director with a dotted line to the VP of KPU Global Recruitment. In addition, the position would be expected to work in close and constant collaboration with Kings central marketing division and senior managers in the UK.

Job duties may be added or modified as needed.

The Marketing and Recruitment Support Specialist will be expected to work onsite five days per week with potential travel to other Kings US sites.

Salary Description

DOE - $60,000 - $75,000 Annually
