About the Role:
We're hiring a Founding GTM Recruiter to help grow a world-class team at FERMÁT. As our first full-time, in-house recruiter, you'll play a critical role in shaping our future by finding, attracting, and hiring the incredible talent that will drive our mission forward. This is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact at a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to recruit top-tier talent for Sales, Growth, and Leadership roles. You'll manage the entire recruiting process while elevating our candidate experience and employer brand. With a mix of tactical execution and big-picture strategy, you'll help define how we scale while ensuring every hire aligns with our values and vision.
This role is all about shaping culture and success. You'll create a seamless, inclusive hiring journey that reflects our human-first, high-touch approach-laying the foundation for a team that's ready to achieve big things together.
Responsibilities:
Use your deep understanding of the GTM space and your stellar network to connect with game-changing talent and bring them onboard. Own the entire recruiting process, from sparking interest to celebrating offer acceptances, ensuring every candidate feels valued and excited about FERMÁT. Team up with hiring managers to align on hiring strategies, share market trends, and crush hiring goals together. Dive into recruitment metrics to uncover bottlenecks, tweak processes, and keep the hiring engine running smoothly. Juggle multiple roles like a pro while refining workflows and playing a key role in scaling FERMÁT's employer brand. Be the driving force behind diversity and inclusion efforts, using creative approaches to attract a wide range of incredible candidates. Make every candidate interaction memorable, ensuring they walk away raving about the experience, whether they get the job or not. Requirements:
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS or commerce. A natural connector with a strong professional network and the skills to find and attract top-tier talent. Deep knowledge of the eCommerce or DTC industry-or the curiosity and drive to dive in and make it your superpower. A data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics to fine-tune processes and celebrate milestones. Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver results in dynamic, ever-changing environments. A commitment to building diverse, inclusive teams and a passion for creative strategies that expand talent pools.
