Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator! Our office is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated individual to join our team. The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator's primary objective is to provide an outstanding experience with individual benefit coordination to help patients get the orthodontic care they need. With a focus on converting consultations to treatment starts, the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator is responsible to promote case acceptance by partnering with the Orthodontist, General Dentist, and office Team. Excellent customer service and effective communication skills are required. Our offices provide a fast-paced friendly environment with opportunity to gain experience and advance professionally.

Job Responsibilities: Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments Calculate and coordinate fees for treatment Present cost of service, insurance coverage, and options for payments Provide information for third party financing Build a strong professional relationship with each patient by providing follow up calls and coordination of future orthodontic starts Monitor patient experience and be a primary point of contact Greet and welcome patients to ensure a positive experience Participate and support marketing initiatives to increase recalls and consultations Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years of dental front office experience Warm, friendly, and positive personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology Knowledge of Dental Insurance process, billing, pre authorizations, eligibility Knowledge of Denti-cal, PPO, and HMO insurances Ability to present financial arrangements Ability to proactively address patient concerns and provide resolutions with the assistance of manager support when required Computer literate / Dental software programs Benefits:
