Hematologist/Oncologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Eastern

About the facility A health system is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage. About the facility location The facility is located in eastern North Carolina. About the clinician's workday This outpatient-only position is based in the hospital's outpatient department with no call responsibilities. The team includes one MD and APP support, with the MD seeing 12-14 patients per day and the APP managing 8-10. Providers are not required to respond to codes or serve as ER backup. The EMR system is Epic/Beacon, and candidates with hematology and oncology clinical experience are preferred. Familiarity with Epic/Beacon is a plus.
