Job Description Job Title: Echo Technologist Job Specialty: Noninvasive Cardiology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM 8 Hrs, Weekday shifts from 8:30 AM to 5 PM; 6 AM to 2 PM on weekends Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: At least two years of experience License: Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Certifications: Echo license Must-Have: Proficiency with transthoracic echocardiograms
Job Description:
- Conduct transthoracic echocardiograms with expertise. - Experience in Stress Echo and Transesophageal procedures is advantageous but not required. - Adhere to a shift schedule, including weekend and on-call duties once a month. - Dress code requires wearing burgundy scrubs. - Orientation period includes 101.47 hours of training. - Engage in a supportive and professional healthcare team setting. - Ensure compliance with credentialing board requirements for echo technologists.
