Role Description: ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst ITAM US Citizen or Dual Citizen only. Provide functional support related to the implementation of ITAM related capabilities (HAM Pro, SAM Pro) primarily, but will provide supplemental support to other Asset Management workstreams as needed. Provide support to the ITAM Functional Lead and Technical Lead.
Support refinement of existing design documentation to align with future state solution. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop and maintain a product backlog throughout the project (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria). Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.
Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis experience -- System Design, System Architecture, Business Technical Architecture, Business System Requirements definition, or similar. Agile Scrum experience Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis skills Experience with ServiceNow ITOM - CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery
Education Level:
