Role :- Senior Technical Project Manager Location :- Houston, TX(Onsite) Job Summary: The Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) specializing in Network and DC Projects will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of network-related projects. This role requires a good understanding of networking technologies and project management practices to ensure that all projects meet technical requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. The STPM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, IT staff, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality network solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities: •Project Management: o Lead the planning, execution, and closure of network and DC infrastructure projects, including upgrades, expansions, and new deployments. o Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. o Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. •Technical Leadership: o Work closely with network & DC leads & engineers to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and are scalable and secure o Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes to resolve project issues •Collaboration and Coordination: o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, operations, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. o Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. o Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards. •Risk and Issue Management: o Identify potential risks and issues related to network projects and develop mitigation strategies. o Proactively address challenges as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and objectives.
