We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for professional and leadership roles, developing and refining recruitment and candidate evaluation processes, and implementing automation to streamline our hiring practices.

Lead the recruitment process for professional and leadership roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Develop and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection. Develop strong candidate evaluation capabilities among our hiring managers and stakeholders. Implement and manage candidate evaluation processes to ensure a fair and efficient selection process. Utilize automation tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment. Implement recruiting strategies to develop diverse candidate slates. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday Recruiting to refine system processes and ensure excellent end user experience. Collaborate with leaders and People Team leads to develop and facilitate capability reviews and alignment efforts to meet organization requirements. Consult with leadership on job design and skill requirements supporting organization change processes. Oversee and continuously align/improve the organization onboarding process. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on professional and leadership roles. Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate evaluation processes. Experience with recruitment automation tools and technologies. SHRM Certification and/or advanced business degree a plus. Knowledge of relevant employment law is essential. Workday experience preferred. Travel
