What You Will Do
:
This role will support a foreign assistance program:
Develop procurement plans and strategies for foreign assistance programs to meet organizational needs.
Support the setting of procurement and award projects priorities, deadlines, and reviews, complete project evaluations, prepares administrative reports for senior staff.
Provide expert advice to program officials on procurement objectives to be used and assists/advises on preparation of statements of work, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and other procurement documentation.
Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts and purchase orders.
Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
What You Will Need
:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoS security clearance
Bachelor's degree
5 (FIVE) or more years of experience supporting federal procurement operations
What Would Be Nice To Have
:
Experience advising program officials on procurement strategies, and supporting preparation of statements of work, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and other procurement documentation.
Experience monitoring program execution and administration including but not limited to, monitoring burn rate, compliance, quality assurance, deliverables, invoicing, and other actions.
Master's Degree
The annual salary range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
