The Job/What You'll Do: We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Product Development expertiseto join our growing product team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and QA specialists to ensure we deliver exceptional products that meet our users' needs. This is a highly collaborative role where your analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for problem-solving will directly contribute to our product development lifecycle and overall success. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Charlotte, NC office. Responsibilities: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications from stakeholders across various departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze existing business processes and systems. Conduct market and competitive analysis. Conduct research and data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities ,and inform product strategies and roadmaps.to identify process improvement opportunities and potential solutions. Participate in the development of business requirement documents, process maps, and other relevant artifacts. Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team. Support user acceptance testing activities to define test cases, execute testing, and ensure product quality meets business requirements, and ensure proper implementation of solutions. Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and industry best practices. Facilitate cross-team communication to align priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Maintain effective communication with project teams, business partners, and IT staff. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills in business analysis methodologies and tools. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and provide actionable insights.. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in requirements, testing, and product delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook)and tools like Jira, Confluence, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma) Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, use case modeling, requirements gathering). Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of the financial services industry or wealth management is a plus. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, product management, quality assurance, or a related role. Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $100,000-$110,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
