Salary Range:
$120,000 - 150,000k / year DOE
Global Group Consolidation Reporting Manager
Responsibilities: Lead the monthly consolidation and reporting process for subsidiary companies across the Americas Manage multi-currency financial reporting and ensure compliance with US GAAP Analyze financial statements and present findings to leadership, including monthly reviews Collaborate with subsidiary controllers and financial directors to obtain accurate financial data Prepare annual budgets and assist in year-end audits Provide analysis for P&L statements and support strategic financial decision-making Maintain and improve reporting processes, leveraging advanced Excel skills Assist in evaluating systems and potential improvements for financial consolidation Global Group Consolidation Reporting Manager
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in consolidation, reporting, and budgeting across multiple subsidiaries and currencies Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Experience with manufacturing accounting Knowledge of multiple accounting standards Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment Benefits:
