Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing voicemail box setups, configurations, and deletions, as well as writing clear documentation for various processes. The role involves a balanced mix of phone and email communication, primarily with internal employees and occasionally with vendors. Additionally, the position includes data entry into tickets.

Set up, configure, and delete voicemail boxes.
Write clear and understandable documentation.
Handle phone and email communications, mainly with internal employees.
Occasionally communicate with vendors.
Perform data entry tasks for ticketing systems.
Essential Skills
Strong administrative support skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous administrative experience.
Experience assisting IT departments with administrative tasks.
Work Environment
The position is based in a professional work environment and requires in-office attendance. The work hours are flexible between 7:00 am and 7:30 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00
