As a Senior Data Scientist, you will drive research and analysis for geospatial intelligence data in support of the National Geospatial Agency (NGA) in Springfield, VA. As an essential member of our team, you will ensure the efficient execution of critical tasks and help to drive high-impact, strategic decisions. Your work will involve leveraging machine learning, AI, and natural language processing to clean, explore, analyze, and mine data, producing actionable intelligence that directly supports our nation’s defense efforts.
This position is 100% Onsite
Requirements:
BA Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of combined experience Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass CI Polygraph Expert in data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, and data mining Proficient in utilizing PyTorch in terms of AI framework for synthetic terrain modeling and Terrain/Target classification Expertise in manipulating and structuring data using PostgreSQL, ORACLE, and SQL to ensure accurate formatting, quality, and structure for analysis Proficiency in analyzing both structured and unstructured data sources to create predictive models and algorithms using tools such as Visual Basic, R, Python, or SQL/NoSQL Visualization skills with tools like ArcGIS, SPSS, SAS, MATLAB, or Tableau Desired:
