We are seeking an experienced and proactive
IT Asset Management Specialist
to lead the implementation and execution of a unified asset management system. This role is critical in managing, deploying, and supporting endpoint assets (Windows and Apple devices) while improving processes and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and demonstrates leadership without direct oversight. This role is based in our Seattle (Kirkland) area office and requires in-office presence full time (Monday - Friday). Responsibilities
Transition from the current BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program to a unified asset management system, including the rollout. Coordinate asset logistics, ensure timely deliveries, and implement efficient processes. Maintain an accurate inventory of endpoint assets (Windows and Apple devices), conduct quarterly audits, and collaborate on a long-term asset strategy, including asset refresh. Manage client programs to ensure efficient device delivery and reduced onboarding times. Optimize processes, simplify onboarding, and ensure new hires are productive from Day 1. Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 endpoint support requests (e.g., hardware troubleshooting for cameras, monitors, keyboards) and build a knowledge base to prevent recurring issues. Analyze asset utilization data to identify optimization opportunities and implement strategies to improve asset lifecycle efficiency and reduce downtime. Communicate with cross-functional teams to understand asset needs and collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth processes. Requirements
Technical Skills: 2-5 years of experience in asset management, deployment, and support. Proficient use of asset management software and tools. Expertise in managing, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows and Apple devices in mixed environments. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce) and providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. Proven track record of improving workflows and driving process efficiency. Soft Skills: Leadership without direct oversight: ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Exceptional communication: proactively provide clear status updates, expectations, and timelines. Strong organizational skills: maintain detailed records and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Adaptability: thrive in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities. Please Note
This is an onsite role and requires the successful candidate to be in our Kirkland full time. We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this position. You must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer now or in the future. Please no resumes from third-party agencies or recruiters. $80,000 - $115,000 a year
