Role: Lead Business Analyst
Description: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data collection, marketing campaigns, target lists, database management, and orchestration for omnichannel ecosystems. Analyse business and technical requirements to assess feasibility and provide strategic recommendations. Develop comprehensive documentation, including Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), to guide project execution. Lead feasibility studies to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for enhancement in digital initiatives. Drive stakeholder engagement, manage expectations, and prioritize requirements effectively across diverse teams. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless enablement of analytics solutions through active communication. Act as a consultant to stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Manage data quality assurance initiatives by identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions. Provide guidance on digital analytics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices. Oversee multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and align engineering and QA efforts to meet objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Conduct periodic data analysis and reporting to evaluate performance, identify trends, and propose process improvements. Stay informed about emerging technology trends and recommend enhancements to digital and analytics capabilities. Desired Profile: Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Digital Analytics, Digital Marketing, or related domains, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Skills: Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and feasibility evaluation. Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing ecosystem, including channels such as Display, Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Email. Expertise in SQL for extracting and manipulating data from databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms and data management tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), Databricks and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Proven experience managing Digital Data Enablement projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors. Excellent documentation skills (e.g., FRDs, BRDs) and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Workfront. Strong communication skills for driving initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and presenting insights effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). Exposure to web analytics audits and measurement frameworks.
