Healthcare Recruiter

Job Overview: InVitro Capital is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis for 3 months. This position will play a vital role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, nurses, and medical assistants, to meet our ongoing needs. The recruiter will focus on building and managing a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and successfully onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities: Attract and Hire Talent : Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract pharmacists (with LTC experience), nurses, and medical assistants. Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR, and Workable. Screening and Interviewing : Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational needs. Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews with hiring managers, facilitate feedback collection, and follow up to ensure timely decision-making. Offer and Onboarding : Facilitate the hiring process, manage offer letters, and oversee the onboarding of new talents to ensure a positive candidate experience. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local regulations and maintain accurate documentation of candidate credentials. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and industry standards. Experience recruiting pharmacists, nurses, and medical assistants, particularly in LTC or similar specialized roles. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR, and Workable. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
