Brief Description of Duties The Program Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Office of Auxiliary Enterprises, working closely with the Auxiliary Enterprise Business Manager and senior management to oversee and enhance essential campus services. These services include, but are not limited to, parking and transportation operations, reproduction services, vending, catering, and the bookstore. The Program Analyst will be integral in driving innovation and operational improvements across the unit, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery that enhances the campus experience for students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. They will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, bringing forward new ideas, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential as this role requires regular interaction with management and various university stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support and work closely with management to oversee all Auxiliary Enterprise units, including Parking Operations, Culinary Services, Bookstore, Vending, and Reproduction services. Analyze existing processes, identify areas for operational improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality. Create and maintain daily spreadsheets and dashboards to track metrics of contractual agreements, ensuring that service level agreements are being met. Collect and analyze data to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communications to keep management informed on performance and progress. Monitor operational performance and effectiveness, ensure established goals and standards are met, and initiate corrective actions where necessary. Assist with parking application processing, monitoring parking facilities, and working with Public Safety on parking enforcement and compliance. Oversee equipment, budget, inventory and manage purchases for all Auxiliary Enterprise units, ensuring cost-effective procurement. Track procurement proposals and monitor vendor contracts across all Auxiliary Enterprise subunits, ensuring compliance and optimal vendor performance. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the overall effectiveness of Auxiliary Enterprises. Assist in preparing refund packages for submission to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Perform other duties as assigned by the Auxiliary Enterprises Management or University executive leadership, with a focus on improving unit performance and driving innovation. Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience leading a team, preferably in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
