SUMMARY

The Data Analyst Intern will be an integral part of the Data Analytics team within the strategy organization, assisting with data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making process. This role offers hands-on experience with real world data sets and industry standard analytical tools in a collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Technical skill development in data analysis, visualization tools and programming languages like Python and SQL.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving to derive actionable insights and solve real world business problems.
  • Develops story-telling techniques to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data Collection and Cleaning, Conduct Exploratory Data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Utilize Statistical methods and tools to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like PowerBI and Sigma.
  • Communicate analysis and results to stakeholders.
  • Projects related to identifying actionable insights in market, member, loan and deposit data.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Junior or senior, majoring in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration
  • 3.0 GPA in major field of study
  • Experience preferred:
    1. SQL
    2. Python
    3. Excel
    4. Data visualization tools
