Overview: The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for pulling all necessary data files and reporting for the Marketing Department at MCU. This role is focused on supporting a variety of marketing initiatives across the organization by providing accurate data analysis and actionable insights to optimize performance and strategy.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/ Annually

Overview: The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for pulling all necessary data files and reporting for the Marketing Department at MCU. This role is focused on supporting a variety of marketing initiatives across the organization by providing accurate data analysis and actionable insights to optimize performance and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for pulling all data files needed for email, direct mail, in-app, and website marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage reporting dashboards for marketing campaigns, and overlay recommendations and insights to further optimize marketing efforts.
- Perform detailed data segmentation and audience targeting to improve the precision of marketing efforts.
- Track and measure the ROI of marketing campaigns, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
- Create reports that summarize key performance metrics and present actionable insights to marketing leadership.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to evaluate and test new marketing channels, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to support marketing strategies through comprehensive data analysis.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, or agencies when necessary to support data needs for broader marketing initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.
- Experience with MCIF and/or CRM systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform and meet expectations while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Preferred: Familiarity with database querying - SQL, Power BI)
- Proven experience with MCIF and/or CRM systems in a marketing context.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work while adhering to deadlines.
