Smith Brothers Farms, a leading producer and deliverer of milk to homes, schools, and businesses in the Puget Sound area, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team at our newest warehouse in Federal Way.
If you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing a warehouse operation in food distribution or manufacturing, we want to hear from you! Qualified candidates must be qualified to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

Desired qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing a warehouse operation in food distribution or manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study
- Be technically sound. Experience in WMS a plus.
- Must be qualified to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
- Be nice, a critical thinker, and want to make a difference.
Essential duties/responsibilities:
- Driven to continuously improve all aspects of our warehouse operations.
- Exhibits critical thinking and curiosity in our warehouse operations.
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the primary goal.
- Hire, train, manage, and mentor the warehouse team and ensure short and long-term performance goals are met.
- Prepare workflows, staffing requirement, and KPI’s to continuously improve productivity, quality, and service.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Create standard operating procedures around safe food handling and record maintenance.
