As a Receptionist, your role will involve managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and handling email correspondence. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound telephone calls and directing them appropriately.
• Greeting clients and scheduling appointments using coordinating schedules.
• Managing email correspondence effectively and professionally.
• Maintaining an accurate filing system for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
• Handling mail duties efficiently.
• Utilizing multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls.
• Ensuring fast and accurate data entry with a speed of 8,001 - 10,000 kph.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or similar
• Proficiency in coordinating schedules and managing appointments
• Ability to direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Must be able to type at a speed of 8,001 - 10,000 keystrokes per hour (Alpha)
• Experience with handling multi-line phone systems is essential
• Skilled in handling inbound telephone calls efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to maintain files in an organized manner
• Excellent email correspondence skills, able to respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries
