What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Two (2) - three (3) years of experience in a high-level administrative support role or equivalent
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
- Executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives
- Experience:
- organizing events
- working within a cross-functional team environment
- balancing multiple and varied tasks
- Excellent project and time management skills required
- Ability to:
- anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- adapt to a fast-paced changing environment managing competing demands dealing with frequent delays or unexpected events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Advanced computer and related software skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, web conferencing tools, etc.
- Skilled in using discretion regarding when to involve the Executive, when to resolve issues independently, or when to engage others
- Purdue University will not sponsor employment authorization for this position

- FLSA: Exempt (Not Eligible for Overtime)
