Job Description Executive AssistantLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 4 years of experience in an administrative role, or directly supporting executives. This is a temporary role located in Boston, Massachusetts, that will require you to be working full-time onsite.Responsibilities:Coordinating meetings, prep materials such as PowerPoint presentations, registration lists, conferences roomsBook proper travel arrangements, calendar management, mailbox management, and daily scheduling for executivesSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls for executives.Manage complex calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.Prepare detailed itineraries and travel agendas for executives.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications as needed.Draft and proofread emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of executives.Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items as necessary.Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.Manage expense reports and reimbursements for executives.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.Greeting and liaising with internal and external clients and service providers when necessaryEvent organization, contacting internal and external teams, organizing accordingly prepping relevant information Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferredProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, ConcurHigh attention to detail, ability to multitask, work in high demand office Experience:4 years of experience directly supporting Executives Worksite: OnsiteEmployment Type: TempSalary: $40-45/hr Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hourSearch managed by: Patrick Garron Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
