Key Responsibilities

As the CFO, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and private equity goals.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Capital Management: Manage capital allocation, fundraising efforts, and relationships with private equity partners, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide financial insights to optimize operations, franchise performance, and multi-concept strategies.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate and execute potential M&A opportunities to support the company’s expansion strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably within the franchise, multi-unit restaurant, or hospitality industries.
  • Private Equity Expertise: Proven track record of working with private equity-backed companies, including experience with capital markets and investor relations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on financial management.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • M&A Experience: Expertise in evaluating, negotiating, and executing mergers and acquisitions.
