TEKsystems is hiring: Medical Secretary in Bel Air

Description

The Medical Secretary will focus on check out, setting up follow-up appointments, confirming any blood work or future clinic visits and lab orders. Additionally the Medical Secretary will be answering phones, taking patient notes & working with support staff as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have at least 1+ years of medical secretary/scheduling/Administrative experience
• Must have strong phone experience, high volume phone experience
• Must have excellent customer service skills over the phone
• Patient experience – checking in/out, scheduling
• Filing, phones, faxing
• Insurance review
• Meditech / EPIC experience is a plus!

Shift:

M-F 8-430pm or 830-5pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
