We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as the Head Secretary, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our district offices. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for district administrators. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to student enrollment, attendance, and staff information. Serve as a point of contact for parents, students, and staff, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Oversee the preparation and distribution of district communications, including newsletters and announcements. Assist in organizing district events, board meetings, and other special projects. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Collaborate with other district staff to ensure efficient workflow and support district initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary, preferably in an educational setting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling confidential information with integrity. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
