CSR - Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)
COMMUTE REQUIRED
The Customer Service role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem resolution. CSR Duties:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence.

CSR Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience is advantageous.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Basic understanding of business operations and customer needs.
