As a Publicis Media Early Careers Recruiting Associate, you will be involved in many different areas of work. You will be immersed in the culture of our many different agencies whilst promoting brand awareness to interested candidates. An ideal candidate would have a strong interest in the advertising industry and the ability to learn and grow within the team.
Responsibilities
Assist with various Early Careers Recruiting Projects
Use data to help inform, support, and guide strategic decisions
Collaborate with the recruiting team on diversity and inclusion initiatives
Research and identify best practices for diversity and inclusion programming
Assist with Publicis Media entry-level and internship candidate screenings
Work with Early Careers ambassadors on their candidate pipelines for all entry-level programs
Qualifications
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Proven strong interest in a career in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, analytics, Early Careers, or related
Basic PC skills- familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
Leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
