Motus Marketing is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent top brands and connect with customers in local retail stores. This is an exciting job for anyone who enjoys talking to people, sharing product information, and creating great customer experiences. The position is based in the Albuquerque-Rio Rancho area and focuses on promoting kitchen and bathroom remodeling services for our Home Improvement client. This is a fully onsite position and is not eligible for remote work.

As a Retail Brand Ambassador, your main responsibility is to engage with customers, introduce them to our Home Improvement client’s products, and schedule appointments for consultations. Your goal is to help customers learn how our products and services can improve their homes.

Retail Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Represent our Home Improvement client in a friendly and professional way at various retail locations.
  • Talk to customers about their remodeling needs and introduce them to our client’s kitchen and bathroom remodeling options.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals for customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, services, and industry trends.
  • Join team meetings and training sessions to improve your sales and product knowledge

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication skills—you enjoy talking to people and can explain things clearly.
  • A positive attitude and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
  • Willingness to learn about remodeling products and how they help customers.
  • Proven ability to meet sales or engagement goals is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (higher education is a bonus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable standing or walking for long periods, busy times, and handling product displays.
  • Basic computer skills to use our CRM system for appointments.
  • Live in or be willing to relocate to the Albuquerque-Rio Rancho area for this in-person job.
