Position Overview: The Warehouse Distribution Supervisor will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating distribution activities, and ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a related role, preferably in distribution
• Understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in warehouse management software and systems
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a warehouse environment

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Shift: First

Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping eyewear products
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the accuracy of stock counts
• Coordinate the timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and increase efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and procurement, to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics and inventory levels
• Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain a high level of performance
