Analytica is hiring: Recruiting Intern in Bethesda

Analytica is seeking a Recruiting Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in supporting IT and HR recruiting activities. This part-time Winter 2025 internship offers the potential to extend into Spring/Summer 2025 and will be a hybrid position with occasional on-site requirements at our Bethesda, MD office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify and attract top talent.
2. Resume Screening: Review applications, assess qualifications, and maintain candidate pipelines.
3. Candidate Communication: Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and follow up as necessary.
4. Interview Coordination: Assist with interview scheduling, manage calendars, and ensure a seamless interview experience.
5. HR Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, maintaining records, and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Employer Branding: Contribute to social media content, support events, and assist with employer branding efforts to attract the best candidates.
7. Onboarding Support: Help prepare onboarding materials and support new hires as they transition into the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) a plus.
5. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when managing candidate information and administrative tasks.
6. Interpersonal: Ability to build relationships with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
2. Familiarity with using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media for recruitment.
