Jacuzzi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Showroom Manager to oversee the operation of our flagship Jacuzzi Group Outlet in Chino, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to launch and lead a high-profile location with the potential to evolve into a multi-store leadership position as we expand our retail presence across the Inland Empire region.
The ideal candidate will showcase outstanding operational insight, effective leadership skills, and a dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all elements of the Chino showroom to guarantee seamless daily operations.
- Implement strategies to meet sales and profitability objectives, all while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
- Oversee inventory levels to guarantee product accessibility and effective stock management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates and support staff.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Manage store budgets, including payroll, operational expenses, and marketing activities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assist in opening additional stores in the Inland Empire region.
Compensation
Starting at $100,000 annual salary + bonus
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-value or luxury goods environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing or opening multiple retail locations.
- Knowledge of the spa, wellness, or luxury goods industry.
