Bazaarvoice is looking for an extraordinarily talented individual to join our world-class Enterprise Retail sales team. You must be the type of person that craves a challenge and is unafraid to constantly push yourself outside your zone of comfort. We are looking for a unique salesperson who can manage a multi-million dollar book of business, work in a pod structure where multiple other sellers are selling on your behalf, and carry the entire sales and renewal process from start to finish on your own merit and skills.
What you will be doing:
- Selling and renewing high-ROI SaaS solutions with poise, personality, and confidence.
- Demonstrating and defending the value proposition of Bazaarvoice products and services.
- Operating as a true business owner, working in a team structure with Junior Sellers, Sellers that drive specific products for your business, Client Success Directors, Solutions Consultants, etc.
- Acting as a true Account Manager overseeing almost all aspects of the client’s business.
- Driving conversational discovery dialogue with customers to reveal underlying pain-points and understand their unique needs and requirements.
- 5+ years relative experience in Retail Sales, SaaS sales, or Internet marketing.
- A background in successfully managing a portfolio of Enterprise Retailers and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to strategically approach a sales cycle through analysis, creativity, teamwork, and leadership.
- Ability to generate, qualify, and execute on opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
- Effectively creating and articulating ROI in the negotiation process to bring the utmost value to both our customers and Bazaarvoice.
- Demonstrated passion and energy, both externally with customers and internally with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build and manage an effective pipeline and communicate proactively with leadership throughout each phase of the sales process.
- A strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors in our space.
Salary: $135,000 - $270,000 a year
