Description

The Pricing Product Manager (PPM) is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies for ONE's products and services in our membership, travel and, loyalty programs. The PPM drives innovation and profitability by developing products that deliver exceptional value to our organization, its partners and consumers. The key objective is to leverage data analysis to optimize prices, ensure market competitiveness, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maximize profitability for revenue, growth and marketing positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on market data and trends, competitive pricing, and best practices in membership, travel, and loyalty programs to develop optimal price points for profitability
• Design and build pricing models using data analytic tools to predict pricing on sales and revenue
• Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions, customer feedback and sales performance
• Track key pricing metrics such as revenue, profit margins, customer acquisition cost and price elasticity
• Partner with the product development team to understand and leverage ONE's current and future technical system capabilities
• Work closely with business development, account management and sales teams to identify and address partner requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Analyze the financial and customer performance of past products, focusing on unit economics, revenue drivers, and cost structures to determine profit margins
• Identify future product needs based on past performance and strategic market opportunities
• Collaborate with development and product fulfillment to represent the product, business and consumer in the development and implementation of the product
• Optimize model performance based on past data analysis (economics and customer response)
• Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect profitability, growth, and overall company risks
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, product management and/or a combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years work experience in pricing product management
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
• Knowledge of the travel, loyalty and/or membership industry
• Comfortable in a start-up work environment

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
