About the Role
As the
Head of Marketing and Branding , you will lead and execute Othrams comprehensive marketing strategy, brand identity, social media presence, paid advertising campaigns, and internal and external communications. Your mission will be to develop and implement cohesive strategies that
elevate Othrams brand , amplify our mission of delivering justice, and deeply engage our diverse audiences, including law enforcement, forensic professionals, and the public. This is a
hands-on leadership role
where you will actively participate in day-to-day operations, oversee the work of a growing team, and ensure that marketing initiatives align with Othram's values and objectives. You will be responsible for
guiding the development of creative content , managing campaigns, and continuously providing feedback to ensure high-quality execution. Your strategic oversight and attention to detail will directly contribute to Othrams growth, visibility, and lasting impact in the field of forensic science. If you thrive in a

brand strategy
that reflects Othrams mission, values, and market leadership. Ensure
consistent messaging, voice, and visuals
across all platforms and materials. Establish and enforce
brand guidelines
to maintain a strong, unified identity. Content Development Oversee the creation of
case studies, blog posts, press releases, videos, and whitepapers , leveraging a journalistic approach when appropriate. Develop narratives that highlight Othrams cases and their
social impact
on families and communities. Create content that resonates with
law enforcement, forensic professionals, and the general public . Social Media Management Develop and manage strategies for platforms like
LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube . Create guidelines, SOPs, and dashboards to track key performance metrics. Foster engagement with a growing online community and manage
influencer and partner relationships . Campaigns and Advertising Plan and lead
data-driven marketing campaigns
to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Oversee
paid advertising initiatives
(paid search, display ads, sponsored content) and optimize for ROI. Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data insights. Internal and External Communications Develop and manage
internal communications
to ensure alignment across teams. Craft and execute external communication plans, including
press releases, media outreach, and public announcements . Serve as a
spokesperson
when needed for public engagements. Team Leadership Build, mentor, and lead a
high-performing marketing and branding team . Foster a culture of
creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement . Develop scalable workflows and processes to support growth. Analytics and Reporting Track key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, ROI, lead generation). Use
data-driven insights
to refine strategies and optimize marketing initiatives. Present regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the
executive team . What You Bring to the Role Required Competencies and Experience 12+ years
of experience in marketing, branding, or related fields, preferably in
SaaS, tech, or startup environments . Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, with a
portfolio showcasing past achievements . Expertise in
social media management, content creation, and paid advertising . Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing and mentoring teams. Proficiency with tools such as
Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) . Exceptional
communication and project management skills . Preferred Competencies and Experience Experience in
public relations and media handling . Knowledge of
forensic science or related fields . Background in
employee engagement or internal communications initiatives .
