Team Buyer Intelligence Responsibilities Identify and nurture high-potential retailers' needs and challenges to match FASHIONGO value props and offerings and ensure they understand how to utilize FASHIONGO to grow their business. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and strategic networking. Maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential leads both non-existing and existing FASHIONGO users. Gain deep understanding of FASHIONGO value propositions, products, services, and key players. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate FASHIONGO value propositions for both products and services. Ability to collaborate with internal teams for effective problem resolution and strategic planning. Analyze data, identify key pain points, and develop actionable strategies to improve account performance and business development opportunities. Promote company programs and events to clients, leveraging sales experience to effectively communicate and engage stakeholders, as well as support account strategies, ensure the successful promotion of programs and events, and drive the successful implementation of business initiatives. Interact with organizational leaders and internal teams, such as UX, Marketing, and Development, to ensure the seamless execution of projects and strategies. Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs, ensuring decisions align with company goals. Provide insights and apply leading practices to accounts. Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. Travel to attend events and high-profile client meetings. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree; preferred background in Business, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields (analytical foundation). Sales-driven with a proven track record in sales, focusing on client acquisition and revenue growth. Define characteristics and strategies to prioritize leads and opportunities testing FASHIONGO products to define optimal processes to assist in retailer revenue growth. Deep understanding of the wholesale fashion industry (B2B and B2C) is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in account management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Comfort with data analysis and presentation tools is essential. Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient understanding of the consumer journey. Ability to travel - approximately 20%.
