We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will work with patients to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, helping them improve their communication and overall quality of life.

*Responsibilities:* * Evaluate patients' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. * Develop personalized treatment plans to address specific speech and language disorders. * Administer therapy techniques to improve patients' communication and swallowing abilities. * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. * Educate patients and their families on speech and swallowing techniques to improve daily functioning. * Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

*Requirements:* * Proven experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. * Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology techniques and treatment modalities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. * Active Speech-Language Pathologist license.
