Job Summary The Customer Support Specialist will work with our Technical and Commercial Support team serving as a liaison between technical support, outside sales, and logistics to improve customer service in the US.
Essential Job Functions Develop and maintain strong customer relationships providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Prepare routine documentation to ensure proper processing of customer orders for logistics. Data entry into CRM system. Conduct stock checks for distribution and subsidiaries. Manage CRM system to execute inquiries for RFQ's, products sourcing, services and solutions, price discrepancies, order tracking and delivery schedules. Proactively communicate with customers on order status, shipping inquiries, material coordination, and logistical issues. You will work with peers, assisting where necessary to assist in maintaining an even workflow between team members Responsible for forwarding calls and/or relevant messages. Taking minutes at meetings Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Requirements Excellent ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Must be customer-focused, detail oriented, and solution-minded. Good organization and time management skills required. Capable of making independent decisions and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
