This position requires a "doer" with creative talent backed by the interpersonal and organizational skills necessary to bring a project from idea to fruition. The successful candidate will have exceptional marketing, writing, leadership and project management skills.
Marketing Director Responsibilities:
Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Client Services, Product, and Leadership, to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives. Monitor market trends, competitors, and buyer challenges to ensure relevant positioning and messaging. Define, drive, and deliver awareness and industry expertise to set Quadax apart from our competitors. Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Lead growth operations, aligning revenue cycle management strategies with business objectives to drive client acquisition, enhance retention, and maximize financial performance through data-driven insights and process improvements. Report on monthly marketing analytics/KPIs and actionable insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain tools and materials to support Sales effectively communicating Quadax's value proposition, including presentations, collateral, and training resources. Strategize and execute lead generation efforts via campaigns, automation, thought leadership initiatives, consultant alignment and various other marketing channels. Develop and oversee the organization's digital marketing strategy - including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and website performance analytics - while leading the creation of marketing assets such as case studies, sales decks, press releases, and SEO-optimized web content to drive visibility and client retention. Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and measure campaign performance against goals. Collaborate with Product and Sales Teams to create go-to-market strategies for new product launches and releases. Collaborate with the Sales Teams to plan, manage, and attend trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies to maximize exposure, engagement and lead generation. Manage selection, procurement and distribution of branded promotional items to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all internal and external events, client meetings, trade shows, etc. Uphold and advocate for the Quadax brand, ensuring consistency across markets and product lines. Oversee vendor relationships and ensure third-party adherence to Quadax branding and compliance policies. Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives. Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Create and maintain a system for gathering customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development. Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years marketing and leadership experience Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is highly desirable Team oriented approach with ability to manage multiple projects Strong strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Preferred Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree with focus on Sales Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline Experience with Salesforce a plus, and marketing automation technology Healthcare marketing leadership experience strongly preferred
