Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the growth and operational
- excellence of the Drilling Services division globally.
- Talent Management: Lead efforts in workforce planning, onboarding, and talent
- development to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Promote a positive workplace culture by managing employee engagement, conflict
- resolution, and compliance with local labor laws across multiple regions.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR processes, including performance management, compensation, benefits,
- and HRIS to ensure efficiency and alignment with corporate standards.
- Change Management: Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, while ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a global drilling or mining environment.
- Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage HR in a multi-regional context.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
